We are seeking an individual who is passionate about plants, to install large and small gardens and who offers support to the gardening teams in maintaining properties through ornamental pruning and other gardening activities.
Production Planting gardens, hand grading, raking, watering Maintains high standards Understanding the procedures and outcomes are required at the job site Understands and follow safety procedures experience with landscape equipment including small loaders.
Proven experience with grading and sitework.
Skills High level of horticultural interest Organized Detail oriented Gardening Working in all weather conditions Qualifications 2 years minimum experience working in landscaping / professional fine gardening industry Working knowledge of all aspects of landscaping / professional gardening Horticultural curiosity Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and quality driven Basic Computer skills Organized and punctual with the desire to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Must have strong work ethic Valid driver's license in good standing and willingness to obtain DOT Medical Certificate Benefits Paid sick leave Paid vacation Health plan IRA company match Pay commensurate with experience and knowledge Job Type:
