Position
Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Paralegal handle residential real estate transactions within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include processing files before and after closing, document preparation including deeds, settlement statements, title insurance policies, online recording, as well as general administrative support.
Qualifications:
Entry level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients, real estate offices and internal team members.
Attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required.
Experience using E-Closings real estate program preferred, but not required.
Proven success handling a high volume of workload within a deadline driven environment.
This is either a part time (with opportunity to become full-time) or full-time, year-round, position with competitive compensation, paid time off and retirement plan with employer match (for full time employees).
