We are continuing to grow and looking for team members who are dedicated to outstanding communication, high quality work, and excellent customer service.
We are currently looking for motivated individuals for full-time/part time administrative assistant and are willing to train for the position.
Our company culture is teamwork and we are looking for teammates.
Knowledge and Capabilities:
-Some knowledge of customer service, i.
e.
, helping customers, answering phones, answering emails, etc is preferred but not required.
We will train the right individuals.
-Some knowledge of computer skills, i.
e.
, data entry, troubleshooting, website maintenance , etc is preferred but not required.
We will train the the right individuals.
-Some knowledge of landscape practices such as maintenance, plant health care, construction, etc is preferred but not required.
We will train the right individuals.
-Have strong observation skills for identifying issues with properties and landscaping and the ability to communicate issues to team leaders and management.
-Be able to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take direction.
-Have a strong work ethic, work efficiently and manage time well.
-Be motivated, show initiative, and be willing to learn new tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional service and positive interactions with all clients -Be able to get to work on time everyday Monday through Friday.
-Establish a positive rapport with coworkers and clients Paramount Designs has advancement opportunities available and strongly encourage our team members to take advantage of any and all training and certifications available.
