You provide excellent customer service and prompt office assistance! This includes assisting with contracts, answering phones, scheduling jobs, and coordinating with our technicians.
As customers call in for assistance, you ensure that their inquiries are handled and that, if needed, the right technician is informed and sent out to help! You keep our operations on track, maximize our technician's time, and keep our customers happy! You are the positive, cheerful, and helpful CSR our clients love to communicate with! DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS Ability to prepare or analyze billing, schedule appointments for staff, and manage foreman or tech schedules Ability to think critically and solve problems Proficient with touch-typing and office software Are you detail-oriented? Do you have a positive and cheerful demeanor? Can you effectively communicate with customers and technicians, both in writing and verbally? Are you someone with excellent phone skills?
